The Upcycled Dow  series is a perennial favourite of the Aket team, offering lightweight natural warmth from reused materials. The new collection includes a range of downy outerwear and accessories specially designed for the changing seasons. 

Upcycling means reusing a discarded material in creative and innovative ways. It means designing with materials that we already have, rather than going out to find new ones, and infusing them with new value. Our Upcycled Down™ collection features high-quality down and feathers that are reclaimed from pre-used sleeping bags and bedding products, materials that would otherwise have gone to waste.

Their pre-used down and feathers are carefully washed in natural thermal water and sterilised at a high temperature, without the use of chemicals. By making use of existing resources instead of sourcing new ones, they can extend the life of quality products, preserving their value and limiting the demand for virgin raw materials.

Sporty down jacket with a regular, puffy fit. Made with a recycled polyester shell and Re:Down® 100% recycled down and feather filling. Styled with a down-filled hood and double jetted pockets at front. Smart detailing include a two-way zip at front and elastics at cuffs, bottom hem (adjustable) and hood opening (adjustable). 

Knitted in a plain stitch, this jumper is made from warming blend of wool and merino wool, both RWS certified. Polyamide has been added for durability and a lightweight feel. A regular-fitted style detailed with a a roll neck and ribbed trimmings.

• The wool comes from non-mulesed sheep and is certified according to the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) – an independent, voluntary standard ensuring that wool from certified farms is properly identified and tracked through all processing stages. The goal of RWS is to protect the sheep that supply the wool and the land on which they graze.

Regular, straight-fit suit trousers in wool twill. The creases at front and back leg add to the dressed look. Detailed with side pockets and buttoned flap pockets at back. Button and zip fly closure. 

Filled with 100% recycled down and feathers, this is a mid-length quilted jacket that offers excellent insulating comfort in dry and cold weather. The shell fabric is crafted from recycled nylon, and the lining is made of recycled polyester. Featuring a hood with drawstring and zip closure at front with a zip guard underneath. The elastic bindings at the cuffs and bottom hem help to protect from cold wind.
